Lunch Duty Monitor
Starting Rate of Pay: $24.20 per hour
Schedule:
2.5 hours a day (approximately 11:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.)
Calendar:
Follows the 183 days / year student calendar
Major Responsibilities:
- Provide safety and supervision in cafeteria and on playground at the elementary level for two hours each school day during lunch and recess.
- There will be outside recess duty and indoor lunchroom supervision.
- Lunch Duty Monitor is responsible for keeping students safe and respectful during lunch and recess each day. This includes keeping the students on schedule and enforcing school expectations.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Must be calm and patient with children.
- Experience working with diverse populations preferred.
