We’re a busy family in Wayzata seeking a reliable, nurturing, and proactive nanny/house manager to help keep our afternoons and household running smoothly. We have three children—a 1st grader, Pre‑K child, and toddler—and need approximately 15–18 hours/week, Monday–Friday during the school year, generally between 2:00–5:30 PM. Responsibilities include school/daycare pick-ups, after‑school snacks and dinner prep, homework/quiet‑time support, family laundry, light cleaning and tidying, organization, groceries, and occasional errands.
We’re looking for someone dependable and organized who takes initiative and is comfortable balancing childcare with household tasks. A reliable vehicle and clean driving record are required. Full‑day coverage is also needed on some school/daycare closure days.
