Residential Construction Foreman

Location: Minneapolis

Twin City Staffing is hiring a residential construction foreman for a premier construction and landscaping company in the Twin Cities. This position is ideal for a highly motivated leader with hands-on experience in residential construction.

Location: Coon Rapids, MN

Wage: $25 - $35 per hour (Depending on experience) with a valid driver's license

Hours: 1st Shift | Monday - Friday | 6:30 am - 5:30 pm

Duties of the residential construction foreman include:

• Lead and manage a crew of 2-6 team members on residential construction projects
• Oversee daily job site operations to ensure safety, efficiency, and quality workmanship
• Perform hands-on work including:

• Deck building
• Porch construction
• Fence installation
• Roofing
• Siding
• Window and door installation
• Framing and footings

• Communicate daily goals and expectations to crew members
• Coordinate with clients, managers, vendors, and subcontractors
• Schedule and manage material deliveries and call-ahead orders
• Conduct final walkthroughs with clients to ensure satisfaction and completion of work

Requirements of the residential construction foreman:

• 3+ years of residential construction experience with specific expertise in decks, doors, fences, porches, roofing, siding, and windows
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs. daily and work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, techniques, and tools
• Previous supervisory or crew leadership experience
• Builders License required
