We are seeking a motivated Job Superintendent to join our team and lead construction projects from start to finish! This role is responsible for overseeing daily on‑site operations, coordinating subcontractors and job supervisors, maintaining project schedules, ensuring quality control, and promoting a safe and productive work environment. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with excellent communication and organizational skills who can effectively manage multiple aspects of construction management while building positive relationships with clients, contractors, and team members.
Job DescriptionA Job Superintendent is responsible for completing the following duties:
- Provide onsite supervision and sub‑contractor management through the completion of Construction Management projects.
- Onsite Supervision for our Construction Management projects until final completion of project.
- Manage on‑site job supervisors
- Manage sub‑contractors
- Scheduling
- Drawings and construction interpretations
- Quality control
- Daily reports and project documentation
- Customer relations
- Job site safety
- Work with the Safety Director to oversee site safety, making sure all processes and practices are conducted in a safe manner
- Other duties as assigned
- The starting pay range for this position is $75,000 to $100,000 per year. Final compensation will depend on various factors including: skills, experience, and location.
- Weekly paycheck
- Boot reimbursements up to $125

- Effective use of time management skills
- Good understanding of all phases of construction
- Highly effective communication skills
- Able to read and understand blueprints
- Computer skills – ongoing development to include Microsoft Office
- A minimum of 10 years of construction experience preferred
- Management or supervisory role experience is desired
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation required
- Travel is required
