Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site Construction Worker role based in Park Rapids, MN. The Construction Worker will assist with a variety of building activities, including site preparation, landscaping, demolition, site cleanup. The role involves following project plans and supervisor instructions, adhering to safety regulations and company policies, and collaborating with team members to ensure work is completed accurately and on schedule.
The Construction Worker may also support renovation work, perform basic measurements, and report any issues affecting progress or safety.
Qualifications
- Core construction skills, including general Construction and Renovation work on commercial and residential projects a bonus.
- Awareness of job site safety standards and willingness to follow all safety procedures and regulations.
- Ability to use hand and power tools, read simple measurements, and follow written and verbal instructions.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work in varying weather conditions and physically demanding environments.
- Effective teamwork and communication skills with supervisors, colleagues, and subcontractors.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred; prior construction or trade experience is an asset but not required.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to the Park Rapids, MN job site preferred.
