- 15 years of progressive construction leadership experience, including oversight of multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated success building and scaling construction teams, programs, or organizations within a growth-focused environment.
- Strong commercial, contractual, and financial management capabilities, including experience with EPC/GC agreements, project controls, and cost management.
- Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Experience delivering high‑voltage electrical infrastructure, renewable energy projects, energy storage systems, or related industrial developments is highly desirable.
- Deep commitment to safety, quality assurance, and environmental stewardship.
- Ability and willingness to travel regularly to project locations as required.
