We are currently looking for a new Project Manager to join our Project Management team. Do you have a technical background and experience in construction? Would you like to manage projects for leading international and local investors? Are you interested in commercial real estate and enjoy a varied role that combines office and site work? You will fit right in if you already have practical experience managing construction projects. You will be responsible for leading investment projects from the initial concept through to the successful handover of completed buildings. At Turner & Townsend, we deliver office, industrial, logistics and retail developments and refurbishment projects. What you'll do:
- Represent the client throughout the entire project lifecycle.
- Lead construction projects during the planning, permitting and delivery phases.
- Take overall responsibility for quality, schedule and cost.
- Ensure compliance with client requirements and project standards.
- Review project documentation and identify the most appropriate technical and architectural solutions.
- Prepare, organise and evaluate tender processes.
- Monitor construction quality and chair regular site meetings.
- Lead project teams and external contractors.
- Collaborate closely with other teams across the business.
- University degree in Civil Engineering or a related construction discipline.
- At least 5 years' experience in project management, construction management or site supervision.
- Fluent Czech is essential;
English at B2 level or above. - Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD.
- Strong communication and decision-making skills.
- Well organised with a structured approach to work.
- Positive attitude and able to work independently as well as within a team.
- Driving licence (Category
B) is an advantage.
