Installer Position
Follow supervisor's instructions and carry out job assignment in timely manner
Supervise and be responsible for other installers, including training
Follows processes and expectations outlined in Silver Tree's Quality Program
Report problems with company tools or vehicle to management promptly
Work professionally with customers, co-workers, and other subcontractors
Run and work a job from start to finish and without supervision
Maintain professional relationships with builders and contractors
Always maintain a professional appearance and attitude
Complete job within timelines and within labor budget
Complete all necessary paperwork for the job and change orders
