Midco is seeking Laborers for underground construction in Moose Lake, MN and surrounding areas. These positions support the installation, maintenance, and repair of underground telecommunications infrastructure. Ideal candidates are reliable, safety-focused, and eager to learn, with opportunities for advancement and pay increases. No experience is required, making this a great entry-level opportunity for those interested in construction and utilities.

• $1,000 signing bonus
• Wage: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) or 2 years of equivalent work experience
• Ability to complete Construction First Time (FTR) certification within 60 days of hire
• Valid driver’s license with clean record (for Laborer I and above)
• Ability to develop knowledge of construction, National Electrical Code, OSHA, and safety standards
  
  Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, lift up to 80 lbs., and work outdoors in various weather
• Ability to work more than 40 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Reliable and predictable attendance

• Prior experience working on the installation of underground telecommunications or utility infrastructure
