Job Description & How to Apply Below
Location: Albertville

3-GIS is an established company in the midst of an exciting rebrand, and we're looking for a Graphic Design Intern to help bring our new brand to life across all of our assets. This is a hands‑on, onsite role ideal for an emerging designer who wants to build a strong portfolio while working within a developing brand system. You'll play a part in updating our existing assets to reflect our new brand standards and in updating our library of reusable templates.

What

You'll Do
  • Update existing assets to reflect our new brand standards, working from established templates as well as reworking or rebuilding templates where needed.
  • Design and format long‑form assets such as ebooks, ensuring clean, readable layouts across many pages.
  • Help build and maintain a library of templates for eblasts, newsletters, and blog content.
  • Apply brand guidelines consistently across all deliverables.
  • Prepare and export files using best practices for each output type (web, email, social, etc.)
What You'll Bring
  • Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, with particular proficiency in InDesign and Illustrator (Photoshop and Premiere Pro are a plus).
  • Foundational understanding of core design principles, including typography and copy formatting, layout, and color theory
  • Ability to work confidently from a brand standards guide and maintain visual consistency.
  • Awareness of current industry design trends and best practices for file output and preparation.
  • Because our work is digital‑asset heavy, a solid understanding of website compliance for readability and design (e.g., accessibility and readability standards) is essential.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and a willingness to take direction and iterate.
Please Share
  • A portfolio or work samples demonstrating layout, typography, and brand‑driven work. Student projects are welcome as examples.
