Overview
Sonju Two Harbors is looking for a highly motivated individual to provide exceptional customer service by being a Service Porter.
Responsibilities- Manage vehicle flow in service drive, service lane, and service stalls.
- Work with the service advisor to complete tasks such as keeping track of keys, cleaning cars, driving vehicles from service stalls, following dealership display standards, fielding customer requests, and other assigned duties.
- Cleaning parking lot, service stalls, and other vehicle areas when needed.
- Service customer needs with a positive attitude.
- Act as a liaison between the customer and service advisor as first point of contact as customers arrive in the service drive.
- Shuttle customers when needed to and from service department.
- Monitor shop cleanliness.
- Position can include twisting, bending, pushing, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Ability to pass drug screening and background check.
Hours are Monday - Friday, 12:00pm to 6:00pm
