Important schedule information:Future roles connected to this posting may be expected to be full‑time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, and in office at our Waite Park, MN location.

- Has prior experience in customer service, account coordination, onboarding, administrative support, insurance, payroll, or a similar professional setting
- A full‑time, weekday office role
- A customer‑focused position with structure and variety
- A team environment where follow‑through matters
- Work that combines communication, organization, and problem‑solving
