First Ring BDC Representative

First Ring BDC is seeking motivated, customer-focused representatives to join our growing team. In this role, you will partner with automotive shops and serve as the first point of contact for their customers. Success in this position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Answering inbound calls promptly and professionally
• Scheduling customer appointments accurately
• Providing status updates and basic information to callers
• Documenting call details clearly in our systems
• Following provided phone scripts and processes
• Working collaboratively with team members and shop advisors
• Maintaining excellent phone etiquette at all times

• Basic computer proficiency
• Reliable attendance and punctuality

Preferred (but not required):

• Previous call center or BDC experience
• Automotive knowledge
• Appointment scheduling experience
