NCU offers a competitive hourly wage for this full-time position, starting between $19.80-$22.00, based on experience. The current maximum for the UMSR role is $27.49, with opportunity to earn additional income through our goal-based incentive program. A Day in the Life of a Universal MSR

With a primary focus on frontline operations, the Universal MSR serves as the friendly first point of contact and a trusted liaison between members and the credit union. In this role, you deliver exceptional service with every interaction while assisting members with a wide range of financial needs, including processing routine transactions, opening and maintaining accounts, handling service requests, and supporting daily lending activities.

You take the time to understand each member's goals, educating and empowering them to make informed financial decisions through personalized solutions that strengthen their financial wellbeing.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Relevant experience in financial services, customer service, cash handling, or a comparable role with similar duties is strongly preferred.
• This position is ideal for a detail oriented professional who enjoys working directly with members, demonstrates sound judgment, and takes a thoughtful, service-minded approach to making a meaningful impact in the lives of those we serve.
