Location: Sartell
Meduit is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support customers with account-related questions, payments, and issue resolution. This on-site role in Sartell, MN, offers a pay range and incentives based on performance. The schedule varies (7am–4pm, 8am–5pm, or 9am–6pm CT) Monday–Friday.
You will handle calls, document interactions, and follow workflows to ensure quality and customer satisfaction. Must have 1 year in a customer-facing role and strong computer skills.
