Requirements and

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in customer service, inside sales, sales support, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent phone etiquette.
• Excellent listening, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) and ERP/CRM systems.
• Able to multitask, stay organized, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and chat in a timely, friendly, and professional manner.
• Listen to customer needs, troubleshoot basic issues, and escalate more complex concerns as needed.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, and account details.
• Prepare and process customer quotes, orders, returns (RMAs), and other documentation within the ERP system.
• Maintain accurate customer records and document customer interactions.
• Follow up on open quotes, sales opportunities, and on-hold orders.
• Research and identify new sales opportunities using CRM and sales tools such as Hub Spot, Lead Forensics, and Klenty.
• Build strong customer relationships through personalized service and proactive communication.
• Meet individual and team sales goals while providing outstanding customer support.
• Continue developing product knowledge and customer service skills through ongoing training.
