Front Desk Spa Sales Associate

Treasure Island Resort & Casino seeks a Front Desk Spa Sales Associate to welcome guests, manage appointments, and drive spa and retail sales. In this guest-first role, you'll check guests in and out, answer inquiries, process payments, and keep the reception area organized and inviting. You will promote spa services, memberships, and products, meeting sales goals while providing warm, professional service.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in spa guests, ensuring a friendly and professional first impression
• Schedule, confirm, and modify spa appointments using booking software
• Process payments, handle cash and credit transactions, and balance the register
• Answer phone calls and guest inquiries about services, pricing, and availability
• Promote spa services, memberships, and retail products to meet sales goals
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby area
• Coordinate with therapists and spa staff to ensure smooth daily operations
• Resolve basic guest concerns and escalate issues when necessary
• Follow resort, tribal, and safety policies and procedures
• Support team members and contribute to a positive, guest-focused culture
