Cashier​/Customer Service

Treasure Island Resort & Casino is seeking a friendly Cashier/Customer Service team member to deliver exceptional guest experiences in our fast-paced resort and casino. In this role, you'll accurately process cash, credit, and comps, handle guest inquiries, and provide efficient, courteous service at our food, beverage, or retail outlets. You'll maintain a clean, organized work area, follow cash-handling and gaming-related policies, and support a safe, welcoming environment rooted in tribal values.

Responsibilities

• Process cash, credit, and comp transactions accurately using POS systems
• Provide friendly, timely service and resolve basic guest questions or concerns
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked workstation
• Follow cash-handling, balancing, and reconciliation procedures
• Adhere to gaming, tribal, and resort policies and procedures
• Promote menu items, specials, or offers through suggestive selling
• Collaborate with team members to support smooth operations during peak times
• Report any discrepancies, safety concerns, or guest issues to supervisors promptly
