Waterpark Cashier

Treasure Island Resort & Casino is seeking a friendly Waterpark Cashier to support our guest-first culture. In this role, you'll greet guests, sell admissions, process payments, and answer questions about waterpark features and policies. You will operate a POS system, accurately handle cash, cards, and vouchers, and issue wristbands or tickets. The Waterpark Cashier helps maintain a clean, organized front area, communicates safety and facility guidelines, and works closely with lifeguards and attendants to ensure a safe, fun, and welcoming environment for all guests in our busy waterpark.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide a welcoming, guest-first experience at the waterpark entrance
• Sell waterpark admissions, wristbands, and related products using the POS system
• Accurately handle cash, credit/debit cards, vouchers, and discounts; balance drawer at shift end
• Answer guest questions about pricing, hours, attractions, and safety or facility policies
• Explain and reinforce waterpark rules and guidelines to support a safe environment
• Coordinate with lifeguards and attendants regarding guest flow and capacity limits
• Maintain a clean, organized cashier station and lobby area
• Assist with line control and crowd management during busy periods
• Report equipment or POS issues to supervisors promptly
• Support team members and perform other duties as assigned to enhance guest satisfaction
