Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Express Employment Professionals is partnering with a Mendota Heights company to find a Bilingual Customer Service Representative. If you're passionate about helping others and thrive in a fast-paced call center environment, we want to hear from you! As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for participants and providers, assisting with plan eligibility, benefits, and claims status.

This is a contract role expected to last through January 2027.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from providers and participants with professionalism and empathy
• Document conversations and update system notes accurately
• Stay up-to-date on assigned plans and apply knowledge to all customer interactions

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be bilingual Spanish
• Minimum 6 months of customer service experience in a call center
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite

Schedule :

• Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
