Position OverviewEvent Staff at Athletic Events.
Hours:
Hours vary by scheduled event.
- Provide operational support for athletic event operations and logistics, including scoreboard operation, PA announcing, concession sales, ticket sales, customer experience, and monitoring spectator conduct.
- Perform event setup and facility breakdown.
- Work in partnership with other SLP staff to deliver high-quality customer service to guests.
Candidate must have excellent customer service skills and personal skills that include a professional, friendly, positive, and cooperative work style and the ability to work with many types of people in various circumstances. Must be able to perform tasks proficiently while handling frequent interruptions, multitask, and possess good communication skills.
