What Makes This Position Different- Single-column scheduling
- 60-minute adult prophylaxis appointments
- 90-minute new patient appointments
- 90 minutes for two quadrants of SRP
We structure our schedule intentionally so hygienists are never rushed and can focus on careful assessment, patient education, and individualized care.
Our hygienists collaborate closely with doctors in identifying concerns early and helping patients understand their options confidently and clearly. We value integrity, long-term relationships, and care that patients recognize and value.

Qualifications Required- Active RDH license in Minnesota
- Strong periodontal assessment and communication skills
- Commitment to comprehensive, preventive care
- Experience with digital workflows or intraoral scanners
- Interest in oral-systemic health
- Experience working in a collaborative environment
2–3 days per week

Compensation is competitive and reflects the responsibilities of the role. Final compensation will depend on experience, skill set, and overall fit. Specific hours and benefits will be discussed with qualified candidates during the interview process.
