Registered Dental Hygienist – Thoughtful, Relationship-Driven Practice

📍 Northfield, Minnesota

If you became a hygienist because you care about patients, value meaningful conversations, and take pride in doing things thoroughly, we would love to meet you.

Johnson Dental is a comprehensive, relationship-focused practice committed to thoughtful, patient-centered care. We believe hygiene is foundational to long-term oral health and deserves time, collaboration, and respect.

We structure our schedule intentionally so hygienists are never rushed and can focus on careful assessment, patient education, and individualized care.

Our hygienists collaborate closely with doctors in identifying concerns early and helping patients understand their options confidently and clearly. We value integrity, long-term relationships, and care that patients recognize and value.

Clinical Environment
  • Digital charting
  • Intraoral scanners
  • CBCT imaging
  • CEREC same-day crowns
  • Dental implant placement

We invest in modern technology and ongoing education because our patients deserve comprehensive care delivered thoughtfully.

  • Take pride in thoroughness and follow-through
  • Appreciate building long-term relationships with patients
