Dental Assistant II
Location: Wayzata, Minnesota.
Status: Full-Time.
Schedule: Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Friday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM.
Compensation: $37.00 – $40.00 per hour;
Annualized: $76,960 – $83,200 based on full-time schedule.
- Seeking experienced Dental Assistant II to join clinical team in Wayzata, MN. Motivated professional passionate about patient care, thriving in fast‑paced environment, working alongside collaborative team of providers and specialists.
- Dental Assistant II plays key role in supporting clinical procedures, maintaining efficient patient flow, and ensuring an exceptional patient experience from start to finish.
- Candidates possess strong clinical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently while supporting a team‑oriented culture.

- Educate patients regarding treatment and post‑operative care instructions.
- Accurately document clinical notes and treatment information.
- Maintain organization of supplies, instruments, and clinical equipment.
- Current Dental Assistant II certification required.
- Prior clinical dental assisting experience required.
- Strong knowledge of dental procedures, instruments, and terminology.
- Excellent communication and patient care skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast‑paced setting.
- Professional, dependable, and team‑oriented attitude.
- Experience with dental software and digital technology preferred.
