- DDS/DMD Degree
:
Possess a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree, along with an active and unrestricted license in the state of Minnesota. - Dedication to Excellence

Ability and willingness to become credentialed with various dental insurance plans.
- Demonstrate the ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily, with or without reasonable accommodation.

- Capable of lifting and carrying up to 45 pounds when necessary.
- Availability to attend periodic virtual training sessions (or in‑person when required) throughout the year.
