Central Avenue Dental Care – Blaine, MN

Dental Hygienist – Full Time (Mon 12‑6, Tues 11‑6, Wed 7‑1, Thurs 7‑2, Fri OFF)

Modern practice with 2 doctors, advanced technology such as AI, scanners, and Curodont. Located at 12371 Ulysses St NE, Blaine, MN.

As a Dental Hygienist
, you’ll be recognized as an elite clinical provider and patient advocate. Your responsibilities include delivering comprehensive oral health care, performing dental hygiene procedures, patient education, and preventive care. You will collaborate with dentists and staff to ensure high-quality patient experiences.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Current dental hygienist license in MN and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (where required).
  • Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, patient screening and medical history documentation.
  • CPR certification.
Preferred Experience
  • New graduate or several years of clinical experience.
  • Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanners, digital x‑rays, and electronic medical record systems.
  • Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet patient needs and provide preventive care.
  • Clinical ability as required by office.
Physical Requirements
  • Perform essential duties as deemed necessary by the Office/Doctor/Heartland Dental, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting and standing.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times.
  • Availability to attend virtual or in‑person training sessions periodically throughout the year.
  • TB test required for all new hires in dental office positions (not applicable in FL & TN).
