This position is on-site at the Minnesota Sex Offender Program, Dental Clinic – Moose Lake, MN. The role can be flexible, either part‑time or full‑time, with Saturday and Sunday off.
Primary Responsibilities- Perform all services sanctioned by the Minnesota Board of Dentistry to maintain maximum oral hygiene for clients of State Operated Services Dental Clinics.
- Design and implement a preventive dentistry program in consultation with the dentist to maintain optimal oral hygiene levels for all clients.
- Ensure compliance with infection control policies and procedures, maintaining a safe environment for staff and clients.
- Assist with clinic duties so that client services and clinic operations run effectively and efficiently.
- Minimum
:
Registration with the Minnesota Board of Dentistry as a Dental Hygienist. - Preferred
:- Experience working with different cultural backgrounds and fostering cultural responsiveness.
- Experience with Dentrix and taking digital radiographs.
- Experience with tele‑dentistry.
- Patient‑centered, adaptable to client needs.
- Team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Applicants must provide a copy of high‑school diploma or college transcript/degree that identifies the field of study.
Applicants must provide proof of tuberculosis clearance via blood test prior to employment.
