Registered Dental Hygienist

Overview

We are actively seeking a Dental Hygienist to join our growing team. Compensation includes a pay range of $XX–$XX per hour, with a sign‑on bonus of up to $10,000 for full‑time positions and $5,000 for part‑time positions. Tiered, uncapped bonuses are available on a bi‑weekly and monthly basis based on office performance.

• Deliver direct dental care and associated services to patients under the general supervision of a dentist.
• Perform scaling and prophylaxis, take x‑rays, apply sealants and fluoride, and perform related procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service, including same‑day care opportunities.
• Educate patients and parents in oral hygiene instruction.
• Assess patients’ dental conditions and review medical history.
• Adhere to all government regulations and company standards.
• Guide parents and patients through the treatment process.
• Assist with charting, x‑ray processing, and chart saving.
• Offer compassionate care to create memorable patient experiences.

• Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing.
• CPR (BLS) certification from the ARC or AHA, including hands‑on skill assessment (required upon hire).
• Strong teamwork, respect, and cooperation skills.
