Overview

Park Dental Ridgepark is seeking a compassionate, professional Patient Care Coordinator to join our team-oriented practice. As a Patient Care Coordinator you will play an important role in working with our doctor teams. You will check in patients, schedule patient appointments using a scheduling software, verify dental insurance, answer insurance and billing questions, and oversee patient account management.

Starting Salary: $24.00-$27.15 per hour

Responsibilities
  • Check in patients upon arrival.
  • Schedule patient appointments using scheduling software.
  • Verify dental insurance coverage.
  • Answer insurance and billing questions.
  • Oversee patient account management.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office.
  • Typing and data entry skills.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast‑paced work environment.
  • Professional customer service orientation.
  • Effective communicator and team player.
  • Dental insurance knowledge is a plus.
Work Schedule

Monday: 6:30 a.m. – 2:15 p.m.

Tuesday: OFF

Wednesday: 6:30 a.m. – 2:15 p.m.

Thursday: 1:30 p.m. – 8:15 p.m.

Friday: 6:30 a.m. – 2:15 p.m.

Saturday (four times a year): 7 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
