What You'll Do
  • Deliver exceptional preventive and therapeutic dental hygiene care
  • Perform comprehensive periodontal assessments and screenings
  • Educate patients on oral health, disease prevention, and treatment recommendations
  • Partner with doctors to identify and support comprehensive treatment plans
  • Build trust and rapport with patients while creating positive dental experiences
  • Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation
  • Support a culture of safety, compliance, and clinical excellence

What We're Looking For
  • Current Dental Hygienist license in the State of Minnesota (or ability to obtain)

Schedule (days/hours)

Monday 7am-5pm Tuesday 7am-6pm Wednesday 7am-5pm Thursday 7am-4pm

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality standard of care through preventive treatments, diagnostics, and evidence-based protocols.
  • Educate and motivate patients toward better oral and overall health.
  • Collaborate with dentists and hygiene teammates to co-diagnose and personalize treatment.
  • Create a welcoming, judgement-free environment for every patient.
  • Stay current with new technologies and instruments that advance care.

Qualifications

  • A licensed dental hygienist who is passionate about patient care, education, and practicing at the top of their scope to improve oral health outcomes.
  • Either an active state hygiene license or eligibility to become licensed (new grads are welcome!)
