Millerbernd Manufacturing is hiring a Content /Digital Marketing Intern to join our team for the Summer of 2026! We're looking for a Content /Digital Marketing Intern to help capture content, support social media, and assist with event production throughout the summer. This role is hands-on and creative, focused on telling the Millerbernd story through photo, video, and real-world experiences.

You'll work with Millerbernd partners and internal teams to collaborate and help tell the best stories possible.

This is an onsite opportunity based in Winsted, MN.

Salary Range: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour (Non-Exempt)

Shift

Schedule:

1st shift Monday - Friday Business Hours

Shift Differential: 1st shift - N/A

As a Content /Digital Marketing Intern, you will:

* Capture photos and videos at the factory, job sites, events, and team activities

* Edit basic photos and videos for social and marketing use

* Work with partners and internal teams to capture and collaborate on content

* Help plan and support events, trade shows, and internal activities

* Assist with social media content creation and posting

* Work with the marketing team on creative projects and campaigns

Role Qualifications as a Content /Digital Marketing Intern:

* Interest in social media, storytelling, and branding

* Event production or planning experience is a plus

* Basic editing skills using tools like Adobe, Final Cut, Cap Cut, or similar

* Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

* Basic equipment package for photo and video will be provided

* Portfolio of relevant work required for application

Final project will include creating a video recap that captures the overall Millerbernd intern experience across all business units.
