CAD Operator
We are seeking a tech-savvy individual to join our team as a CAD Operator. This role involves creating computer-generated tooling for cutting boxes. While no prior CAD experience is required, on-the-job training will be provided. The ideal candidate will be computer literate, good with numbers, detail-oriented, and able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Support the CAD team in creating tooling for cutting boxes.
- Perform data entry and manage customer service orders.
- Process orders, manage queues, and ensure order fulfillment.
- Navigate CAD menus, leveraging gaming experience if applicable.
- Read blueprints and adapt to changes swiftly.
- High level of computer literacy and tech savviness.
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Excel, Word & Outlook.
Skills & Qualifications
- High School Diploma.
- 6 months of professional experience.
- Experience from a manufacturing company is preferred.
- Quick learning ability and strong initiative.
- Previous gaming experience is beneficial.

Work EnvironmentThis is a small, family-owned company with a clean production floor located behind the office. The work schedule is Monday to Friday from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, requiring candidates to be comfortable working on-site and occasionally walking onto the production floor.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Blaine, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
