CHI Lakewood Health is recruiting a BE/BC Family Medicine Physician to join their growing facility.

• Patient Care:
  Diagnose and treat medical conditions; develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.

  Effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare teams; foster a collaborative approach.

  Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with coding and billing regulations.

• Must be a BE/BC Family Medicine Provider
• Experienced in Family Medicine with a desire to work in a traditional primary care clinic setting
• Flexible PRN Schedule (ideal for someone looking to pick up additional shifts or decrease their workload)
• Have excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
• Ability to work well in a team-based care delivery model
• Possess a strong commitment to the creation of healthier communities
• This practice model supports outpatient clinic operations

• American Board Certified or Board Eligible in Specified Area of Medical Specialty
• A valid and unrestricted state medical license or license-eligible

• Baudette, MN – Population 935; known as the Walleye Capital of the World; located south of Lake of the Woods on State Highways 11 and 172.

CHI Lake Wood Health provides long-term care, family practice-clinic, 15-bed critical-access hospital, public health, and assisted living services in Baudette and the surrounding area.
