Board Certified in both Med Onc and Hem (Required). Must be boarded if finished fellowship in last 24-months. MN license at the time of submission (Required).

Coverage while we recruit to replace two physicians that will be leaving the practice Ideal Candidate:
Experienced, hard worker, good communicator, compassionate, kind, strong clinically, timely closure of files. Average Patients per Day: 10-20 (new vs. returning) Patient Breakdown:
Benign Hem- 10%, Oncology- 90% Clinic vs. Inpatient Patients:
Clinic: 15, Inpatient (Rounding): 10 Rounding at the Hospital:
Yes Credentialing Timeframe: 120 days from the time all documents are submitted Other Medical Oncologists on Staff: 5 oncologists Supporting Staff: 1 hospital NP; 3 clinic NP/PAs (Locum will not need to supervise) EMR:

Required:
