Primary Care Physician

Kelly Government Solutions invites compassionate and skilled Primary Care Providers to join our team in support of the Montevideo Community Based Outpatient Clinic (MCBOC). This unique opportunity allows you to serve our nation’s veterans by providing patient-centered, team-based care—transforming lives every day.

Kelly Government Solutions is hiring Board-Certified Primary Care Providers (MD, DO, PA, NP) to support the Department of Veterans Affairs at the Montevideo Community Based Outpatient Clinic (MCBOC). This is a unique opportunity to provide high-quality care to veterans in a team-based, patient-centered environment.

• Deliver preventative care
  , acute care
  , and chronic disease management to veterans.
• Diagnose, evaluate, and treat various conditions, including hypertension, diabetes, mental health concerns, and more.
• Provide discharge education and follow-up instructions.
• Participate in quality improvement meetings and ensure compliance with patient safety standards.
• Document patient care in the VA’s Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.

• Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (ABIM or ABFM).
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications (American Heart Association or equivalent).
• Valid DEA registration and National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Current, full, and unrestricted medical license in any U.S. state, territory, or commonwealth.
• Proven experience in outpatient primary care settings.
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).

• Compliance with VA Privacy and Security requirements (background check, fingerprinting, PIV badge, HIPAA training, etc.).
• Proof of immunizations (e.g., TB, MMR, Varicella, Tdap, Influenza).
• Malpractice and medical liability insurance coverage.

• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (80 hours per week, with up to 5 additional hours weekly for approved activities).
