Position Overview Practice Model- Primarily outpatient primary care
- Obstetrics optional (not required)
- Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM
- Choice of 4-day or 5-day workweek
- Average 15-18 patients per day
- Full-spectrum Medicine:
Pediatrics through Geriatrics - High demand for chronic disease management and cardiac care
- Dedicated support team including APPs, CMAs, LPNs, and RNs
- EPIC EMR system
- Guaranteed Compensation
- $315,000-$330,000 base salary (guaranteed first 2 years)
- $100,000 sign‑on bonus
- Up to $20,000 relocation assistance
- Partnership opportunity available

- Health insurance + 401(k) eligibility after 6 months
- Malpractice coverage including tail
- 6 weeks PTO annually
- Eligible for Minnesota Rural Physician Loan Forgiveness Program
