• Orientation: 4 hours of non-billable orientation

• Age Group: Adults (ages 18 and older); no complex geriatric patients
• Average Daily Census: 11 beds
• Department Services: Includes 5150 services with approximately 7.5% admission rate

• Practice Setting: Hospital-based adult inpatient psychiatry
• EMR System: Epic
• Bed Size: 11 beds

• Overtime Rate: 1.5x the normal rate after 40 hours per week
• Holiday Rate: 1.5x the normal rate for holidays

• Board Certification: Required (BC/BE with ABMS or AOA)
• State License: Minnesota license required (IMLC accepted)
• Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years in psychiatry is preferred
• Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 60 days

• COVID-19 Vaccine: Not required as per facility guidelines
• Flu Vaccine: Unknown status regarding requirements
