CHI St. Joseph's Health is looking for urgent physician emergency medicine coverage. The bid due date is 10/10/24 at 5 p.m. est. The rate caps for submission are hourly. Availability/schedule requirements include dates of service: 10-12 shifts per month. The schedule includes both days and nights (12-hour shifts). The dates of coverage start as soon as possible with 10-12 shifts per month ongoing.

Details include: physician or APP? Physician. Dates of service? 10-12 shifts per month. Days or nights? Both days and nights (12-hour shifts). Average number of admissions per day? 1-2. Certification required: ACLS, PALS & ATLS or CALS with trauma component certification. ER volume? 10,000 annually. Any call? No. EMR? Meditech. Support staff: 2 RNs and a CNA. Reason for coverage: PT ER physician retiring at end of December and another FT ER physician leaving for private practice beginning of December.

Submission requirements include: board certified preferred but will review eligible. Will accept IMLC license. ACLS, PALS & ATLS or CALS with trauma component certification required. Need either ATLS or CALS w/ trauma. Availability for Dec - ongoing (how many shifts per month) at time of name clear required. Clean background/malpractice highly preferred.
