A physician-led practice in Minnesota is looking for a Family Medicine physician to join a collaborative, patient-centered team. This role offers flexibility in how you practice, strong clinical support, and the ability to shape your scope based on your interests all while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

- No call requirements
- Patient volume averages 1820 per day
- Extended appointment times to support quality, relationship-driven care
- EPIC EMR with AI-assisted documentation tools
- Dedicated on-site care team and strong specialty referral network
- Integrated care model that minimizes administrative burden so you can focus on patient care
- Full-time schedule with 36 patient-facing hours (reduced clinic time if including inpatient work)
- Monday Friday, daytime hours
- Optional shifts in walk-in clinic or emergency medicine for added variety
- Procedures are optional and based on your interests
- Base salary $323,000 with productivity incentives
- $150,000 Sign-on bonus
- Relocation assistance available
- Starting with 6 weeks of paid time off
