Schedule

• Full-time | 0.75 - 1.0 FTE | Onsite at Centra Care
  - New London
• Days | 8-hour shifts | 7:30am - 5pm (No evenings or weekends)
• Minimal Call
• Option to Include OB in your practice - not required
• Rotation in Same Day Clinic

Pay and Benefits

• Salary range: $260,000 - $500,000 per year
  • Pay may be determined by factors such as education, experience, skills, knowledge, location, and internal equity
  • Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate
  • May be eligible for additional pay through bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based (RVU) compensation.

Qualifications
Required:

• BE/BC in Family Medicine
• Eligibility for Minnesota medical licensure
