General Surgeon – Wabasha/Winona

Emplify Health is seeking a skilled and compassionate General Surgeon to join our team at the Wabasha or Winona locations. This is an exciting opportunity to practice in a supportive, collaborative environment serving communities across Wisconsin, Iowa, and Minnesota.

• Full‑time General Surgeon role with a diverse surgical caseload including scopes and a mix of general surgery cases to offer the appeal of a well‑rounded practice
• Practice at well‑equipped facilities in Wabasha, Winona, and Whitehall, offering a balanced mix of inpatient and outpatient care
• Practice state‑of‑the‑art medicine and connect with the entire Emplify Health System with digital radiology, telemedicine, and an integrated medical record (EPIC)
• Surgeons use the latest technology, including the da Vinci Robot system to provide world‑class care (where available)
• Potential for additional focused practice opportunities and outreach to our critical access hospitals

• Board‑certified or board‑eligible in General Surgery
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in Minnesota and Wisconsin

• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• Desire to practice rural general surgery providing necessary care close to home
