Position Overview $250 / hour

Join a respected community hospital in Minnesota providing high-quality women's healthcare in a collaborative practice environment.

This flexible locum opportunity allows physicians to choose clinic coverage, 24-hour call, or a combination of both while maintaining an excellent work-life balance. The practice features low-risk obstetrics, modern EMR, experienced support staff, and an ongoing need for quality physicians.

• September 2026 start (approximately 60-day credentialing)
• Initial 13-week assignment
• Ongoing extension potential
• Flexible scheduling
• Choose clinic only, call only, or both
• 5–6 twenty-four-hour call shifts per month available
• 1–8 clinic days per month available

  8:30 AM–4:00 PM
• 24-hour call coverage
• Daytime call performed in-house
• Home call after clinic hours
• Must remain within 30 minutes of the hospital while on call
• Approximately 30 deliveries per month shared among five physicians
• Low-risk OB practice
• No Level II nursery
• Adult Level IV Trauma Center
• All orientation hours billable
• MEDITECH Expanse EMR
• Ongoing assignment

• Routine prenatal care
• Annual wellness examinations
• Gynecologic evaluations
• Family planning
• Menopause management
• Office procedures
• Evaluate approximately 15–18 patients daily

• Labor & Delivery coverage
• Vaginal deliveries
• Cesarean deliveries
• Emergency gynecologic surgery
• OB triage
• Hospital consultations
• Inpatient rounding
• Emergency surgical coverage
