Summary
Discover a rare opportunity to practice true full-spectrum family medicine in Sauk Centre, Minnesota, combining physician autonomy with the strength of Centra Careone of the states largest and most respected health systems. At Centra Care - Sauk Centre, youll care for patients across outpatient, inpatient, ER, and optional OB services within a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital, supported by a collaborative team and strong system resources.

Schedule
- Full-time | 1.0 FTE | Onsite at Centra Care
- Sauk Centre - Days (Day/Evening) | 8-hour shifts | 7:30am - 5pm
- Call
- ER Call 1:5
- C-Section opportunities available with 1:4 call (Optional)
Pay and Benefits
- Salary range: $260,000 - $500,000 per year
- Pay may be determined by factors such as education, experience, skills, knowledge, location, and internal equity
- Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate
- May be eligible for additional pay through bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based compensation.

Qualifications
Required:
- BE/BC in Family Medicine
- Eligibility for Minnesota medical licensure
