Overview

Ansible Government Solutions, LLC (Ansible) is currently recruiting Primary Care Physicians to deliver on-site outpatient primary care within a Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT) at the Montevideo Community Based Outpatient Clinic (MCBOC). The facility is located at 814 N. 11th St, Montevideo, MN 56265. The schedule is typically Monday - Friday 8am-4:30pm, and the schedule may change at the direction of either Ansible or its customers.

• Provide comprehensive primary care (preventive, acute, chronic disease management).
• Conduct physical exams, screenings, immunizations, and health counseling.
• Diagnose and manage chronic conditions (e.g., hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia).
• Evaluate and treat acute conditions (e.g., respiratory issues, joint pain, skin conditions).
• Manage mental health concerns within scope of practice.
• Provide timely patient consultations and coordinate referrals.
• Follow all VA medication policies; no sample medications allowed.
• Communicate test results per VA standards (VHA Directive 1088).
• Provide discharge education and follow-up planning.
• Document all encounters in CPRS/EHR within required timelines (same-day or
