This facility is seeking a Urology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Schedule:
As soon as possible – ongoing, Monday – Friday 8a-4:30p
Practice Setting:

Types of Cases:
Standard urology cases
Credentialing Timeframe: 75-90 days, 60 days if active state license
Electronic Medical Record (EMR):
Epic
Certifications
Required:
Must be board certified
Licensure
Required:
Active Minnesota license or active Interstate Medical License Compact
