Job Description:
- Deliver exceptional dermatologic care to patients in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

Job Requirements:
- Licensed Physician - MN Board of Medical Practice required upon hire and
- BLS Tier 1 - Basic Life Support
- Multisource required within 180 Days - PALS
- Pediatric Advance Life Support
- Multisource required depending on business unit upon hire - Board Certification or Board eligible by the American Board of Dermatology or in Dermatology by the American Osteopathic Board of Dermatology upon hire required
- Drug Enforcement Agency Certificate upon hire required
- Prescription Monitoring Program upon hire required
- National Provider Identifier upon hire required
Physical Demands Medium Work*:
Lifting weight Up to 32 lbs. occasionally (

Pay Range: $450,000 to $540,000 per year
The pay described reflects the starting base pay range, assuming a full-time FTE. Your starting rate will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience, education, and the union agreement (if applicable).
