** EMERGENCY MEDICINE PHYSICIAN (Casual)*

* PRACTICE SPECIFICS
+ We are seeking a physician to cover a few weekends a year
+ 63 ½ hour shifts, starts Friday 4:30pm - Monday 8:00am
+ Volume: Average 8-15 patients a weekend
+ Family Medicine physicians in Ada cover the Emergency Medicine department
+ Collegial team-oriented department
+ EPIC DAX ambient voice for clinical documentation
+ Essentia Health - Ada is a Level IV Trauma Center, 14-bed Critical Access hospital
+ Physician led organization
** REQUIREMENTS*
* + BC/BE Emergency Medicine or BC/BE Family Medicine with experience (or additional training in EM)
+ ACLS, ATLS/CALS, PALS Certification
** LOCATION*
* + Ada is located in northwestern, Minnesota, in the heart of the Red River Valley- one of the most productive faming regions in the world.
+ Ada is 45 minutes from Fargo, ND and roughly 240 miles NW of Minneapolis, MN
+ Ada population: 1,740
** COMPENSATION*
* $143.75 an hour
