Locum Emergency Medicine Opportunity
This is a locum Emergency Medicine opportunity providing inpatient ED coverage in a supportive, well-staffed environment. The facility is seeking ongoing coverage due to recent staffing changes.
Practice Highlights• 8–10 shifts per month (12-hour shifts)

Start date:
December, ongoing
• Inpatient ED setting with an annual volume of ~10,000 visits
• Average 1–2 admissions per day (Hospitalist on duty)
• No required procedures
• EMR:
Meditech
• Support staff includes 2 RNs and 1 CNA
• Reason for need:
Provider retirement + transition of another provider to primary care
• Board Certified in Emergency Medicine or Board Certified in Internal Medicine / Family Medicine with ED experience – Required
• MN license preferred; IMLC accepted with LOQ at name clear – Required
• ATLS preferred (CALS with trauma experience accepted) – Required
• Clean malpractice preferred
• Availability at time of name clear – Required
• 8–10 shifts/month
• 12-hour shifts
• No call
• Credentialing:
Emergency privileges will be granted
• No additional facility credentialing required
