Family Medicine (No OB) – International Falls, MN

The Essentia Primary Care Physician works as a leader of a Care Team. Utilizing Essentia Care Processes, the physician collaborates with other healthcare team members to achieve patient care objectives and provide continuity of care for patients and families.

• Team of 4 family practice physicians, 4 APCs and support staff with very low turnover.
• Zero Call model – all after‑hours call (excluding OB, hospital and SUD/MOUD call) covered by a separate call team.
• EPIC electronic medical record system.
• Nurse triage 24/7.
• Clinic of 9 providers including family medicine, adult, and child behavior health.
• PACS radiology, ultrasound, mammography and a high‑complexity in‑house laboratory for state‑of‑the‑art care.
• Opportunities to perform procedures if desired – colposcopy, endoscopy, minor office procedures, stress testing, suturing, casting, prenatal care (no delivery).

• Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine (No OB).

Approx. 160 miles north of Duluth, MN – 300 miles north of Minneapolis, MN. The practice is located on the Rainy River, directly across from Fort Frances, Ontario, Canada.

$323,400 base salary. Eligible for additional compensation through bonuses, quality incentives and production‑based awards.
