Role & Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include providing outpatient and optional inpatient care, managing manageable patient volumes (18-20 patients daily), and utilizing modern EMR with AI tools. The role supports a focus on clinical care with an integrated team and broad referral network, allowing for tailored scope of practice based on interests.
There is no required call, and physicians can incorporate walk-in or emergency shifts for variety.
Candidates should have a medical degree with licensure to practice family medicine, strong clinical skills, and the ability to work effectively within a team. Experience with EMR systems and a patient-centered approach are preferred.
